This Privacy Policy explains how N2iT Security (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit n2itsec.com or interact with us through this website. It does not cover personal information we process under a separate client engagement — those relationships are governed by the written agreement we sign with the client.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), and whatever you choose to write in the message. The form is provided by Google Forms; submissions are stored in N2iT Security’s Google Workspace account.
Our website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud Platform). Firebase generates standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. We use these only for security, debugging, and reliability purposes. We don’t tie them back to individual visitors and we don’t use them for marketing.
We do not currently run web analytics, advertising tags, or behavioral tracking on this site. Firebase Hosting may set minimal cookies necessary for infrastructure (e.g., load balancing). We will update this policy before adding any analytics or tracking technology.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward — typically no more than three years — unless we have an ongoing client relationship with you or a legal reason to keep it longer. Server logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with security and operational needs.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards consistent with industry practice: access controls on our Google Workspace, two-factor authentication on accounts that touch your data, encryption in transit, and the principle of least privilege internally. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we’d advise our clients to treat theirs.

We will verify the request by replying to the email address on file and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. We respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension as permitted by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

We disclosed it only to the categories of recipients listed above. We did not sell or share it, and we did not collect sensitive personal information.
This site is intended for a business audience. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because we do not track visitors across sites.
We’ll update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we’ll post a brief summary at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
